Paul Bertozzi is the Founder and CEO of Live Oak Contracting, a multifamily general contractor based in downtown Jacksonville. He received a BA in Economics from Auburn University and immediately began his career in the construction industry. To date, Paul is a licensed general contractor in nine states. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Paul has grown Live Oak Contracting exponentially over recent years. In 2015, the company reported $7.5 million in revenue, growing to $96 million in revenue by 2018 and to $189 million in 2020. From supplier issues and material shortages to navigating remote working and managing a team located across the East Coast, Paul has kept Live Oak Contracting on target and on a mission. Without his leadership, partnerships with subcontractors, clients, and project teams, and vision for the future, Live Oak Contracting would not be emerging from the COVID crisis in the position in which they are. He is diligent in choosing which markets to build in, focusing on cultivating relationships in regions with mindful and ethical opportunities.

Brian leads an esteemed team of various skills with expertise in technology, marketing, production, sales, and of course, construction.
A University of Pittsburgh graduate with a degree in Business Administration and Management, Brian’s definition of happiness is fulfillment and knowing one has made the difference they sought out to make, which is mostly influenced by being a son, husband, father, and CEO. Inspired by Brian’s example, his influence gives the perspective to those who have invested in his brand to take time to understand goals, be responsive and transparent in their communications, and earn trust. When two of Brian’s personnel achieved their goals of buying their first home, it allowed Brian to see that he and his team built something from scratch that enabled the American Dream to be possible for his people.
Brian has elevated the concept of tailor made client service in developing a hallmark approach to business centered on personal attention, customized technology, education, and a mentor to mentee revolving door for the utmost success.
In his personal time, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, and says that his favorite job is as a Father and Husband. - ABOUT JEFFERSON K. ROGERS
CEO of JKR Windows, author, and podcast host Jefferson K. Rogers is not afraid to admit that he did not like who he was 10 years ago. Initially, he built up his wealth working in sales, but it wasn’t long before his battle with alcohol and drug addiction began to rob him of his finances, career, and relationships. One low moment after another, Jefferson eventually hit rock bottom and had no idea what it could look like to turn his life around.
Fast forward to 2022 and Jefferson is the head of JKR Windows, a $30 million company that he built from SCRATCH in just four short years. While growing his business, Jefferson learned a ton of valuable lessons the hard way. He discovered the importance of focusing on his team every day, which has grown to nearly 100 team members; and having great coaches and mentors, including Grant Cardone.
JKR Windows was recently named the fastest-growing replacement window company in Utah and awarded top company growth at the 2020 D2D CON. Today, Jefferson has 65,000 followers on Instagram and is dedicated to not only building on his own success but also helping others who are in the same position he remembers being in. He guides aspiring entrepreneurs to clarify their vision, invest in themselves, and achieve their biggest goals by going ALL IN.
